Donald Wilson II (Don)

30+ Years of Experience in Finance, Lending, and Mortgage Strategy
Donald Wilson II (“Don”) is the Owner and Mortgage Broker of Xavier Financial and Mortgage Group, LLC, bringing over 30 years of experience in finance, lending, and business operations.
Throughout his career, Don has been involved in every stage of the lending process—from loan origination to portfolio management—and has also founded and operated a finance software development company. This broad background provides a strong understanding of both the technical and personal aspects of mortgage financing, allowing him to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.
As a military veteran and Certified Veterans Lending Specialist (CVLS), Don is especially committed to helping fellow veterans understand and access the benefits available to them. His approach is centered on simplifying the mortgage process while providing thoughtful, personalized guidance tailored to each client’s goals.
A Florida resident for over 50 years, Don brings deep local knowledge and a long-standing connection to the communities he serves. He was also honored to be Rotarian of the Year (2017–2018) in recognition of his commitment to service and community involvement.
Beyond his work in mortgage lending, Don is passionate about giving back—particularly in the area of education. He co-founded Community Academic Partners at Lemon Bay High School, an initiative focused on providing professional tutoring and academic support to help students succeed.
When he’s not working with clients, Don enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, golfing, and staying active in the local community.

Alexander Wilson (Alex)

Alexander Wilson (“Alex”) is a Senior Loan Officer and part of the office management team at Xavier Financial and Mortgage Group, LLC, where he supports both client relationships and internal operations across the organization.
Alex works with Florida homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors to explore mortgage solutions for purchase, refinance, and investment property financing. In addition to his role in lending, he contributes to the coordination of workflow, communication standards, and overall client experience within the office.
He is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Finance. During his time at USF, Alex was a member of Alpha Sigma Phi, further developing his foundation in leadership, teamwork, and professional growth.
Alex is committed to delivering a structured and responsive mortgage experience, helping ensure that clients and mortgage loan originators feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the loan process. His combined focus on lending and operational management contributes to a more consistent and organized experience for both clients and partners.

Lisa Wilson serves as the Senior In-House Loan Processor at Xavier Financial and Mortgage Group, LLC, where she manages loan processing operations and supports both clients and loan officers throughout the mortgage process.
With a background that began in banking, Lisa has extensive experience in operational support, accounting, and loan processing. She has worked alongside Don Wilson across multiple business ventures, contributing to the development of efficient systems, strong internal processes, and consistent client service standards.
In her current role, Lisa plays a key part in coordinating documentation, maintaining workflow organization, and helping ensure that each loan file moves smoothly from application through closing. Her attention to detail and operational experience help create a more structured and reliable experience for both clients and the lending team.
